Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. in Reno, NV (also Folsom, CA, Huntsville, AL, and remote) seeks a Chief Engineer for Strategic Systems to lead solid rocket propulsion programs.

You will manage large, multidisciplinary teams and align technical execution with budget and schedule while reporting to the Director of Engineering. The role requires strong systems engineering, milestone-driven leadership, and a US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering with 15 years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years of technical leadership in solid rocket motors (SRMs).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical lifecycle of the program with cross-functional teams.
• Direct design reviews and qualification milestones to ensure producibility and schedule.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risk to meet program objectives.
