Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong planning mindset.
• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume CPG supply planning.
• Proficiency with advanced planning tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a 13-week master production plan across facilities.
• Balance service levels, inventory, and costs for S&OP.
• Lead cross-functional planning discussions and weekly operations meetings.
• Mentor and develop other planners; drive process improvements.
• Maintain planning systems (e.g., JDA) and provide long-term schedules.
