Tyson Foods in Springdale, AR, seeks a Materials Manager for 1st shift to direct scheduling, warehouse, and procurement activities. You will oversee SAP Master Data and ensure 100% supply availability for production while driving efficiency and cost control.

The role requires 5+ years in distribution or materials handling, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to manage multiple teams in a high-demand manufacturing setting.

Competenze

• BA/BS in Logistics or Business Administration preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Distribution or Materials Handling preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and distribution software.
• Supervisory responsibility with strong communication and decision-making skills.

Mansioni

• Direct, control and coordinate Materials Mgmt, Finite Scheduling, Warehouse and Logistics.
• Manage SAP Master Data to support manufacturing plant operations.
• Oversee production scheduling, materials purchasing, receiving and warehousing.
• Maintain inventory controls per Tyson Foods guidelines and lead Lean initiatives.
• Supervise a team across departments, ensuring safety and cost efficiency.
