Tyson Foods is seeking a Manager Supply Planning to lead constrained production plans across multiple facilities and support the S&OP process. You will balance service levels, distressed inventory rates, finished goods inventory, and costs, partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive planning excellence.
Responsibilities include developing a 13-week master production plan, maintaining planning tools, leading weekly operations meetings, and coaching planners.
The Manager Supply Planning is responsible for developing constrained production plans, capacity analysis, and deployment requirements to support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This role balances key business objectives, including service levels, distressed inventory rates, finished goods inventory levels, and the manufacturing and distribution costs associated with supplying products. As a key representative of the Supply Chain organization, the Manager Supply Planning partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement across assigned product categories.
