Job summary

Siete Foods seeks an experienced SUP-ply Planner to optimize Master Resource Planning, coordinate manufacturing for multiple SKUs, and ensure on-time fulfillment. This role emphasizes strong communication with manufacturing partners and cross-functional teams.

You will manage inventory levels, collaborate with Demand, and create POs for co-manufacturers, while tracking KPIs like fill rate and inventory turns to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a planning or supply chain role
• Strong Excel skills: vlookups, pivots, and formulas
• CPG industry and contract manufacturers knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with Master Resource Planning by arranging manufacturing for multiple SKUs to fulfill customer orders
• Collaborate with Demand team to plan inventory levels aligned with forecast
• Track inventory levels vs obsolescence across Siete's distribution center network
• Create Purchase Orders to co-manufacturing partners for execution
• Monitor production plans to ensure on-schedule manufacturing and target inventory levels
• Develop and maintain relationships with co-manufacturing partners
• Coordinate with Customer Operations and Warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy for fulfillment dates across locations
• Produce regular production and inventory reports and present findings to the Supply Planning Manager
• Monitor KPIs such as Fill Rate %, On Time %, and Inventory Turns
