Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Supply Planning Manager to lead SIOP processes for NA region within PES. You will develop 18-month rolling supply plans, translate demand into supply, and drive inventory health with cross-functional teams across manufacturing sites.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain, ERP/Demantra proficiency, and up to 25% travel. Hybrid work model with on-site presence 3+ days/week at HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of supply chain experience with a focus on inventory management.
• Direct experience in supply planning and translating demand forecasts into SKUs.
• Experience with BI tools and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
• Proficiency with ERP platforms (Oracle/SAP) and planning tools (Demantra).
• Lean tools knowledge and continuous improvement mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic/international).

Responsibilities

• Develop 18-month rolling supply plans balancing supply and demand.
• Translate Demand Plan output into Supply Plan and SKU-level long/short-range plans.
• Support regional inventory forecast and identify root causes with improvement actions.
• Ensure plans align with working capital and on-time delivery targets.
• Measure Inventory Health, Plan attainment, and Capacity Utilization; address variances.
• Collaborate with sites to ensure production and inventory meet service goals.
• Verify labor and machine capacity supports plans; address bottlenecks.
• Identify ERP data requirements and implement standard work for improvements.
• Lead plant-level SIOP meetings and document risk and resolutions.
• Communicate supply plan risks and recovery actions across sites.
