Regal Rexnord Corp in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead material supply planning, supplier relationships, and global cost-out initiatives within the Conveyance Solutions division. The role drives SIOP maturity, demand planning, master scheduling, inventory management, and logistics across eight direct manufacturing sites and four shared locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, supply chain, materials, or business administration.
• Experience leading a supply chain team with international scope.
• Experience applying lean methodologies to improve operations.
• Experience with VAVE, MCO, re-sourcing planning and global commodity alignment.
• Experience leading purchasing and planning professionals.
• Experience in plastics, metal working and assembly operations preferred.
• SAP/ERP experience preferred; Kanban inventory system experience a plus.
• Experience providing materials for build-to-order operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a vision and long-term strategy for materials management and SIOP across the division.
• Lead supply chain and materials management initiatives with clear performance expectations.
• Monitor inflation, PPV and tariffs for the division.
• Plan and manage Material Cost Out (MCO) for the division.
• Collaborate with enterprise purchasing teams to support supplier resiliency and cost-out strategies.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with demand planning, engineering, and finance.
• Identify and implement process improvements for supplier management, inventory, and order fulfillment.
• Develop analytics to measure and improve key metrics in materials management.
