The position is fully onsite with an annual salary range of $94,661 to $114,400, reflecting market rates for experienced demand planning professionals in the Milwaukee

Qualifications

• Forecasting consumer demand.
• Analyzing production and inventory levels and predicting demand fluctuations to avoid surplus or shortages.
• Using ERP (SAP/Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), Planning Tools (Demantra), and Analytical Dashboards (Power BI) to support forecasting, SIOP processes.

Responsabilités

• Forecast consumer demand and plan inventory accordingly.
• Analyze production and inventory levels and predict demand fluctuations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate sales forecasts at revenue, product family and SKU levels.
• Drive monthly SIOP and sales pace processes between plants, sales teams and product management.
• Monitor KPIs/PPIs to ensure stated objectives are delivered.
