Qualifications
- Bachelor degree required with 5 years of progressive supply chain experience.
- Experience forecasting consumer demand and addressing supply/demand gaps.
- Proficiency with SAP/Oracle ERP, Salesforce, Demantra, and Power BI for forecasting and planning.
- Ability to drive/monthly SIOP processes and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and address supply chain operations while forecasting demand.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate sales forecasts at revenue, product family, and SKU levels.
- Drive monthly SIOP and sales pace processes between plants, sales teams, and product management.
- Inform purchasing strategies and manufacturing plans to align with the sales forecast.
