Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have experience in demand planning and SIOP processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and data analysis skills.
• Ability to translate signals into a credible demand plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of the demand planning process.
• Translate sales, market, product, financial, and operational signals into the demand plan for SIOP.
• Lead monthly Demand Review processes and manage forecast assumptions at multiple levels (product/channel/customer/location).
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve data and planning gaps and build scalable planning processes.
