Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in the United States seeks a Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead material supply planning, supplier relations, and global cost-out strategies for the Conveyance Solutions division within Automation & Motion Control. This role encompasses demand planning, master scheduling, inventory management, and logistics across eight direct locations and shared facilities.

The incumbent will report to the President, drive best-cost sourcing, and build executive-level supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain/materials, or business administration.
• Experience with international supply chain planning.
• Experience with lean methodologies and tools to improve operations.
• Experience with VAVE, MCO, re-sourcing planning, global commodity alignment.
• Experience leading a team of purchasing and planning professionals.
• Experience in plastics, metal working and assembly operations, preferred.
• SAP/ERP experience is preferred.
• Experience utilizing a Kanban inventory system.
• Experience providing materials for a build to order business.

Responsibilities

• Develop a vision and long-term strategy for materials management and SIOP across the division.
• Lead supply chain and materials management initiatives with guidance and coaching.
• Monitor inflation, PPV and tariffs for the division.
• Plan and manage Material Cost Out for the division.
• Collaborate with enterprise commodity purchasing for supplier resiliency and best-cost sourcing.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with demand planning, engineering, operations and finance.
• Improve processes, guidelines and policies for supplier management, order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Identify risks and implement scalable resolutions across in-plant materials and supply chain.
