Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division seeks a Supply Planner. This full-time role requires roughly 50% travel and a flexible schedule combining Eaton locations, supplier sites, and remote work.

The position anchors the 3-to-24 month constrained supply plan within SIOP, translating demand into supply plans while coordinating capacity, materials, labor, tooling and logistics. This is a senior contributor role reporting to the SIOP Leader.

• Own the rolling 3-to-24-month constrained supply plan and inputs to the SIOP cycle.
• Lead the Supply Review across manufacturing, procurement, logistics and network; consolidate constraints and escalate gaps with options.
• Develop base, upside, downside and what-if scenarios to quantify service, revenue, inventory, cost and capacity trade-offs.
