Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in progressive supply chain planning in manufacturing or multi-site environments.
• 2+ years in SIOP/IBP or capacity planning with cross-functional decision support.
• 2+ years translating complex data and planning scenarios into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own rolling 3- to 24-month constrained supply plan and inputs to SIOP cycle.
• Lead Supply Review across manufacturing, procurement, logistics and network.
• Develop what-if scenarios to quantify service, inventory, cost and capacity trade-offs.
