Eaton's ES AMER MFGSC division seeks a Supply Planner to own the rolling 3-to-24-month constrained supply plan and drive the SIOP process across manufacturing, procurement, logistics and finance. The role translates demand into feasible supply actions and partners with multiple teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

This full-time, hybrid position offers roughly 50% travel, with time at Eaton locations, supplier sites, and from home.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years in progressive supply chain planning in manufacturing or multi-site environment.
2+ years in SIOP/S&OE/IBP, capacity planning, or constrained supply planning.
2+ years translating complex data into recommendations for leaders.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of facility preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the rolling 3-to-24-month constrained supply plan.
Lead the Supply Review across manufacturing, procurement, logistics and network.
Perform rough-cut capacity planning across labor, lines, tooling and critical materials.
Develop scenarios to quantify service, revenue, inventory, cost and capacity trade-offs.
Identify risks early and propose mitigations including capacity and sourcing actions.
Translate strategic supply plan into inventory, safety-stock and pre-build strategies.
Collaborate with Demand Planning, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Product Management and Commercial teams.
Evaluate supply implications of new product introductions and major changes.
Create analytics and clearly communicate risks, options, and financial implications to leadership.
