Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division seeks a Supply Planner to own the 3‑24 month constrained supply plan. This role involves ~50% travel and a mix of Eaton location, supplier sites, and remote work. Salary range is $113,000–$165,000 annually, depending on skills and market considerations.

Reporting to the SIOP Leader, you will align demand, capacity, and inventory with the annual operating plan and lead cross‑functional collaboration to optimize service and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain planning experience.
• 2+ years in SIOP, S&OP, IBP, or capacity/material planning.
• 2+ years translating complex data into leadership recommendations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; 50-mile radius limitation.

Responsibilities

• Own the rolling 3‑to‑24 month constrained supply plan.
• Lead the Supply Review across manufacturing, procurement, logistics.
• Perform rough-cut capacity planning across labor, equipment, tooling, suppliers.
• Develop what‑if scenarios to quantify service, inventory and cost trade-offs.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation actions.
• Translate supply plan into inventory, safety stock and pre-build strategies.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Finance, Operations, Procurement and Commercial teams.
