Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division is seeking a Supply Planner to own the mid- and long-range constrained supply plan. This role requires about 50% travel and a flexible schedule across Eaton locations, supplier sites, and remote work from home.

The position reports to the SIOP Leader and drives the supply review, templates, and scenario planning to support leadership decisions. It emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven risk mitigation within a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain planning experience in a manufacturing or complex multi-site environment.
• 2+ years of experience in SIOP, S&OE, IBP, capacity planning, material planning, or constrained supply planning and cross-functional decision support.
• 2+ years of experience translating complex data and planning scenarios into recommendations for business leaders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered; within 50 miles of facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the rolling 3-to-24-month constrained supply plan and inputs to the SIOP cycle.
• Lead the Supply Review across manufacturing, procurement, logistics and network.
• Perform rough-cut capacity planning across labor, equipment, and critical materials.
• Develop base, upside, downside and what-if scenarios for leadership decisions.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation actions including sourcing and inventory measures.
• Translate strategic plans into inventory and pre-build strategies and handoffs.
• Partner with Demand Planning, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Product Management and Commercial teams.
• Evaluate supply implications of new product introductions and phase-outs.
• Create decision-quality analytics and communicate risks and options to senior leaders.
• Drive adoption of standard work and improve data quality and planning capability.
