Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division is seeking a Supply Planner to own the rolling 3-to-24-month constrained supply plan within the SIOP process. This role requires about 50% travel and a mix of on-site, supplier site, and remote work.

Salary ranges from $113,000 to $165,000 per year with flexibility based on experience. Reporting to the SIOP Leader, you will translate demand plans into feasible supply responses, coordinating capacity, materials and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain planning experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments.
• 2+ years in SIOP, S&OP, IBP, capacity planning or constrained supply planning with cross-functional support.
• 2+ years translating complex data into recommendations for leaders.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation benefit; within 50-mile radius of facilities; certain exceptions for active-duty military.

Responsibilities

• Own the rolling 3-to-24-month constrained supply plan and inputs to the SIOP cycle.
• Lead Supply Review across manufacturing, procurement, logistics and network; resolve gaps and present options.
• Conduct rough-cut capacity planning across labor, equipment, lines, tooling, and suppliers.
• Develop base, upside, downside, and what-if scenarios quantifying service, revenue, inventory, cost, and capacity trade-offs.
• Identify risks early and enable mitigation through capital, staffing, sourcing, and pre-build actions.
• Translate strategic supply plans into inventory, safety stock and pre-build strategies; handoff to execution planning.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Product Management and Commercial teams to align supply with budgets and forecasts.
• Evaluate supply implications for new products, phase-outs, promotions, and major opportunities.
• Create decision-quality analytics and clearly communicate risks and required decisions to senior leaders.
