Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER MFGSC division seeks a Supply Planner to own the rolling 3-to-24-month constrained supply plan within the SIOP process. You will translate consensus demand into feasible supply actions by coordinating capacity, materials, labor, tooling, supplier, inventory and logistics constraints.

Reporting to the SIOP Leader, you will support senior leadership with scenario analyses, risk exposure, and trade-offs while collaborating with Demand Planning, Finance, Operations and Commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain planning experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in SIOP/IBP, capacity planning or constrained planning.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation assistance; candidates within 50 miles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the rolling 3-to-24-month constrained supply plan and inputs to the monthly SIOP cycle.
• Lead the Supply Review across manufacturing, procurement, logistics and network; resolve issues at planner level and elevate gaps with options.
• Perform rough-cut capacity planning across labor, equipment, lines, tooling, suppliers and critical materials.
• Develop base, upside, downside and what-if scenarios that quantify service, revenue, inventory, cost and capacity trade-offs.
• Identify supply, capacity and lead-time risks early enough to enable mitigation.
• Translate strategic supply plan into inventory, safety-stock and pre-build strategies for execution planning.
