Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division is seeking a Supply Planner to own the rolling 3–24 month constrained supply plan and manage SIOP inputs. This global role requires 50% travel and a mix of on-site, supplier-site and remote work, with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include leading the Supply Review across functions, developing capacity scenarios, and communicating risks and options to leadership. Requires strong data skills and cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of progressive supply chain planning experience.
2+ years of SIOP/SOE/IBP experience and cross-functional support.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
No relocation assistance; 50-mile radius limitation.

Responsibilities

Own the rolling 3–24 month constrained supply plan and inputs to SIOP.
Lead the Supply Review across manufacturing, procurement, logistics and network.
Perform rough-cut capacity planning across labor, equipment, lines and tooling.
Develop base, upside and what-if scenarios to quantify trade-offs.
Identify risks early and coordinate mitigation actions.
Translate strategic supply plan into inventory, safety-stock and pre-build strategies.
Collaborate with Demand Planning, Finance, Operations, Procurement and Commercial teams.
