Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division seeks a Supply Planner. This full-time role involves ~50% travel, with a flexible schedule across Eaton locations, supplier sites, and remote work from home.

Responsible for the 3–24 month constrained supply plan within the SIOP process, translating demand into feasible supply while considering capacity, materials, labor, tooling, and logistics. Reports to the SIOP Leader and coordinates with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with Supply Chain/Operations focus.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning in manufacturing or multi-site env.
• Experience with SIOP/IBP and cross-functional decision support.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own 3–24 month constrained supply plan and inputs to SIOP.
• Lead Supply Review across manufacturing, procurement, logistics.
• Develop scenarios to quantify trade-offs and enable leadership decisions.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation actions.
• Align supply plan with annual operating plan and forecasts.
• Communicate risks, options and financial implications to leaders.
