Job summary
ABB is seeking a seasoned Supply Planning Leader for our Selmer, TN facility. The role focuses on owning site supply planning, inventory control, and alignment with Sales & Operations Planning.
You will drive on-time delivery, optimize lead times, and coordinate with feeder factories to ensure profitable execution of customer orders. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a related field with 5+ years in planning, plus 2+ years of leadership; experience with SAP/Oracle is preferred, and US work
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in production planning, supply chain, logistics, materials management, or fulfillment operations.
- Alternative: Associate’s degree with 7+ years in related roles.
- High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of related experience.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
- Experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Work authorization to work in the US.
Responsibilities
- Own the site supply planning process.
- Provide visibility of supply capacity and local objectives into S&OP.
- Run short-term planning or Sales & Operations Execution processes.
- Coordinate with business functions and feeder factories for orders.
- Drive on-time delivery and lead time improvements.
