Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a senior procurement and planning leader in the United States to drive end-to-end supply chain performance. You will lead local procurement and planning teams, own inventory strategies, and ensure supply continuity while coordinating with sales and operations to improve on-time delivery and lead times.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strategic sourcing, and risk management within global ABB operations. Travel up to 10% is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related disciplines.
• 10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement and production planning in global companies.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience using SAP in supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve end-to-end performance.
• Lead local Procurement and Planning teams and develop staff.
• Own inventory optimization and supply continuity.
• Coordinate order execution and improve on-time delivery.
• Define and execute Local Division Procurement strategy.
• Drive cost competitiveness across materials and logistics.
