Job summary

ABB seeks a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead the local SCM organization in Bartlesville, OK. You will drive procurement, planning, inventory optimization, and end-to-end order execution, partnering with Operations, Product Development, and global SCM teams.

You will guide and develop teams, manage S&OP inputs, and push for cost efficiency and supply continuity across materials and services in a manufacturing setting. Hybrid work arrangement supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, SCM, Business or related discipline.
• 10+ years in sourcing, procurement and production planning in global companies.
• 5+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience.
• Proven knowledge and usage of SAP.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, supplier management and supply chain operations.
• Experience leading S&OP, demand management, and supply planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead local Procurement and Planning teams, ensuring proper organization, staffing, and development.
• Own inventory optimization and material availability to support supply chain performance.
• Drive end-to-end order execution and improve on-time delivery and lead times.
• Own the site supply planning process and feed S&OP with local capacity insights.
• Define and execute Local Division Procurement strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive cost competitiveness across direct and indirect materials, services, and logistics.
• Manage supplier delivery performance, quality, lead times and supply risk.
