  • Supply Chain Alignment: work closely with the procurement team to align supply and sourcing strategies, considering capacity constraints to enhance output; WIP Management: monitor work in progress, focus on reducing overall WIP levels and improving manufacturing cycle times, and monitor and release TPT data.
  • Production Order Management: release production orders in SAP and assist in minimizing material movement errors (COGI's); Schedule Adherence: accountable for schedule adherence and collaborate with the material planner to ensure material availability for planned production.
  • Bill of Materials Coordination: coordinate with the project management/engineering team to ensure the availability and accuracy of the bill of materials; Root Cause Analysis: identify key root causes for deviations from the production plan and implement initiatives to enhance adherence to the schedule.
  • Process Improvement: drive process improvements through the implementation of digital solutions & analytics; Inventory Management: determine the impact of the plan on expected inventory levels, including SIE, monitor WIP, recommend WIP rationalization initiatives, and feed them into the inventory checkbook (ICBK).
