Job summary

ABB is seeking a Senior S&OP Leader to design and run the global planning drumbeat, connecting S&OP with S&OE to optimize demand–fulfillment balance across manufacturing sites. You will lead cross‑unit projects, govern KPIs, and drive improvements in On-Time Delivery and inventory turns.

The role requires 8+ years in S&OP or IBP, advanced SAP MM/PP/WM and Anaplan experience, and strong leadership across global teams. ABB offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with significant experience in S&OP/demand and supply planning within manufacturing.
Advanced knowledge of SAP MM/PP/WM and Anaplan or similar planning tools.
Proven track record improving planning, fulfillment, and global supply balance.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate unit-specific and cross-unit projects to improve On-Time Delivery, Inventory Turns, Lead Time and Plan Accuracy.
Design and implement the S&OP process from an operations perspective (supply planning and reconciliation).
Govern the monthly Global Business Supply Planning drumbeat and related KPIs; report results.
Facilitate the S&OE process and connect it with S&OP for execution.
Perform analyses of S&OP/S&OE metrics and identify root causes for improvements.
Act as subject matter expert for S&OP/ S&OE; train and coach planning teams.
