Job summary

ABB in Lancaster, TX is seeking a skilled planning and fulfillment professional to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure high customer service levels. You will support performance improvements, lead time optimization, and adherence to inventory targets across finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials.

You will analyze DIH, on-time delivery, lead time, and forecast accuracy, identify root causes of non-performance, and drive cross-functional improvement initiatives within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field plus 5+ years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree/HS Diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in scheduling, production scheduling or planning.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels and optimize them to targets while ensuring high service.
• Support inventory management processes for finished, semi-finished, and raw materials.
• Perform analyses of planning metrics (DIH, on-time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy, resource utilization).
• Identify root causes for non-performance and drive improvement initiatives across businesses.
