Job summary
ABB Inc. is seeking a Business Line Sales & Operations Planning Leader to drive the S&OP process and connect with S&OE. You will coordinate demand and supply planning, engage stakeholders, and design process improvements across global manufacturing sites using SAP MM/PP and Anaplan.
You will lead the governance of the monthly planning drumbeat, drive cross-unit projects, and build competencies through coaching and training of the Planning & Fulfillment community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in S&OP or related planning functions.
- Strong experience with Anaplan and SAP planning modules.
- Proven cross-site leadership across a global manufacturing footprint.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate unit-specific and cross-unit projects to improve On-Time Delivery, Inventory Turns, Lead Time and Plan Accuracy.
- Design and implement the S&OP process from an operations perspective (supply planning and reconciliation).
- Stakeholder management and defined roles within the S&OP process.
- Govern monthly Global Business Supply Planning drumbeat with KPIs and reporting.
- Advance the S&OE process and connect S&OE with S&OP.
- Facilitate the Supply Planning drumbeat and related reviews.
- Identify and propose projects using SAP MM, SAP PP, and advanced planning tools.
- Perform analyses on Plan Accuracy and On-Time Delivery to drive improvements.
