Job summary

ABB Inc. in Selmer, TN, is seeking a supply planning leader to drive regional inventory, capacity, and execution alignment. You will own the site supply planning process and ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with Sales and Operations Planning.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain or related fields, leadership experience, and familiarity with ERP systems; this position is onsite in Selmer, TN with competitive pay and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years in production planning, supply chain, logistics, materials management, or fulfillment operations; or an Associate's with 7+ years; or HS diploma with 9+ years of experience.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Candidates must have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Own the site supply planning process.
• Provide visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into S&OP.
• Run short-term planning or S&OE processes ensuring alignment between planning and execution.
• Support profitable execution of customer orders in coordination with functions and feeder factories.
