Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply planning or related role.
• Ability to translate large data sets into actionable plans.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, including complex formulas.
• Familiarity with SAP, Logility, and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, manage, and execute purchase requisitions based on demand, forecast, and inventory plans.
• Deliver an accurate demand plan to achieve inventory and on-time targets.
• Recommend and execute product purchases; issue purchase requisitions to Sourcing Teams.
• Follow up on purchase orders and alert about potential delays.
• Provide input on supply-demand match to identify issues and opportunities.
• Drive the expedite process with Global Supply Planning to meet inventory objectives.
• Create and maintain databases for seasonal performance and product launches.
• Support inventory transfers between warehouses or channels.
• Maintain updated reports on demand, supply and future buys.
• Prepare summaries for weekly meetings.
• Maintain system integrity of demand and supply data.
• Provide analysis for operational improvements related to shipping, inventory, and SCO efficiency.
