Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Supply & Demand Planning professional to analyze and manage purchase requisitions based on demand forecasts and inventory plans. You will ensure product availability and on-time deliveries, coordinating with logistics, customs, sales and customer service to improve inventory efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes delivering accurate demand plans, issuing requisitions to sourcing, and maintaining data integrity across demand and supply.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret large data sets and translate into a factual plan.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• 3+ years of experience in supply planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an accurate demand plan to achieve inventory and on-time targets.
• Recommend and execute product purchases based on demand, inventory, and capacity.
• Issue purchase requisitions to Sourcing Teams.
• Share supply information with commercial, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Follow up on purchase orders and alert to delays.
• Analyze supply-demand and identify issues and opportunities.
• Partner with sales, merchandising, and production to mitigate risks.
• Drive expedite processes with Global Supply Planning when needed.
• Maintain databases for seasonal performance and launches.
