Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain.
• Proven success leading end-to-end supply chain in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Master's degree preferred; professional certifications valued (CSCP, CPIM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise supply chain strategy aligned with objectives.
• Lead demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and logistics.
• Own IBP and S&OP processes with executive reviews.
• Build forecasting excellence with statistical methods and scenario planning.
• Develop long-range capacity, inventory, and network strategies.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing and IT leaders.
• Lead supply chain systems, digital transformation, ERP enhancements.
• Establish enterprise performance metrics and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk management.
