Job summary

VF Corporation, the parent company for outdoor brands icebreaker and Smartwool, is seeking a Senior Supply Planner in Denver. You will drive category-level supply planning, optimize inventory, and partner across Demand Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, and Finance to meet service and financial goals.

You will manage buy recommendations, provide monthly outlooks, monitor timing with SAP, and support continuous improvements in planning processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a corporate supply chain environment, preferably in demand and supply planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business Management or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own category-level supply planning and buy recommendations using demand inputs, inventory, lead times, and vendor capacity.
• Provide monthly supply outlook and Open-to-Buy inputs to Inventory Planning.
• Monitor demand and supply timing with SAP and Excel trackers; re-phase supply as needed.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Finance, Commercial, and Operations to meet financial targets.
• Lead projects to improve planning processes, SAP usage, and reporting.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support leadership decisions.
