Job summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply & Demand Planning, you will provide operational and analytical support to ensure product availability and on-time deliveries across vendor and customer channels.

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain or demand planning.
• Ability to interpret large data sets and translate into actionable plans.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel with advanced formula writing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an accurate demand plan to hit inventory and on-time targets.
• Recommend and execute product purchases; issue requisitions.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and customer service on supply information.
• Follow up on purchase orders and alert for potential delays.
• Analyze supply-demand to identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive expediting when needed with Global Supply Planning.
• Maintain databases tracking seasonal performance and launches.
• Support inventory transfers between warehouses or channels.
• Prepare summaries for weekly meetings.
• Maintain data integrity in demand and supply systems.
