Job summary

VF Corporation's Jersey City office is seeking a Senior Demand Planner (AMER PACKS) to lead all demand planning activities, analyze historical data, and develop unconstrained forecasts for seasonal and monthly processes in a hybrid role.

You will consolidate forecasts with global planning and share with finance, sales, and merchandising to ensure alignment with brand strategy. Responsibilities include end-to-end forecasting, seasonal planning, and inventory optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Planning, Supply Chain or Business Management preferred.
• APICS/IBF certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand forecasting across assigned categories and GTM process.
• Consolidate global forecasts with planning teams and align with brand strategy.
• Develop seasonal carry-over plans in collaboration with Merchandising.
• Lead MFP and regional OTB to meet financial targets and marketplace needs.
• Improve forecast accuracy and lead KPI reviews (MAPE/BIAS).
