Job summary

VFC Group, a leading lightning protection and grounding company in the United States, is seeking a highly analytical Demand Planner to forecast demand and optimize inventory. You will bridge sales, marketing, finance, and operations, developing robust forecast models and translating insights into actionable purchasing plans for the supply chain team.

You will lead cross-functional S&OP processes, host monthly sales syncs, analyze market data, and drive inventory strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Experience in forecasting and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS and demand planning software.

Responsibilities

• Create, refine, and maintain statistical forecast models to predict future demand.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual purchasing requirements to supply planning teams.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align business objectives.
• Hold monthly syncs with sales to understand market variations and promotions.
• Deliver SKU-level demand data to supply and procurement teams.
