Job summary

Vans, a brand within VF Corporation, is seeking a DTC Planner to lead planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization across US and Canada omni markets. You will partner with Planning, Merchandising, Allocation, and Supply Chain teams to maximize sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven planning experience in a fast-paced Omni, multiple retail concept environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills including the ability to read, analyze and interpret retail reports.
• A proactive business management approach, completing all assignments and job duties in a timely manner.
• Advanced computer skills including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Pre and In Season Planning - perform pre-season and in-season planning activities including MFP and OTB across a category/gender/channel/market.
• Sales & Inventory Reporting – analyze, consolidate, and report on sales, inventory, and replenishment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Demand Forecasting & Inventory Planning – develop and maintain demand forecasts, ensuring inventory levels align with sales trends, seasonal shifts, and financial targets.
• OTB Management & Inventory Optimization – manage OTB across regions, monitoring sales and inventory, and identifying potential risks or opportunities to optimize stock levels across all channels.
• Optimize Assortment – partner with Merchants to align on product assortment, ensuring the right balance of breadth, depth, and productivity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – work closely with regional merchandising, allocation, and supply chain teams to ensure proper inventory distribution and replenishment.
