The Chemours Company is seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Lead – Process & Technology at its Wilmington, DE location. You will bridge Supply Chain and Commercial teams with IT, Data & Analytics, and Digital orgs to design scalable, future-state processes and technology solutions.

You will identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve processes such as order fulfillment, planning, and data governance, while leading cross-functional change in a matrixed environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, or Business Transformation.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Commercial business processes in a manufacturing or complex environment.
• Experience with ERP-enabled processes, preferably SAP or similar.
• Ability to translate business requirements into process, data, and technology specs.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and simplify complex Supply Chain and Commercial processes; identify opportunities for standardization and automation.
• Lead current-state and future-state process design across order fulfillment, planning, customer operations, and related processes.
• Translate business requirements into clear data, system, and technology requirements for IT and analytics teams.
• Identify opportunities to apply automation, analytics, and AI to improve processes.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to evaluate technology solutions and their applicability.
