Job summary

You will bridge Supply Chain, Commercial, IT, Data & Analytics, Digital, and AI organizations to design scalable technology and data solutions.
You will identify opportunities across order fulfillment, planning, master data, and customer visibility, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and driving sustainable,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, or related areas.
- Experience with ERP-enabled processes, preferably SAP or similar.
- Ability to translate business needs into system/data requirements.
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead current and future-state process design across order fulfillment, planning, and customer operations.
- Translate business challenges into data, process, and technology requirements for IT teams.
- Identify opportunities to automate and standardize processes across units.
- Partner with ERP, data platforms, and digital teams to enable transformation.
- Drive cross-functional change in a matrixed organization.
