The Chemours Company is seeking an Americas Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead regional strategy, drive end-to-end supply chain improvements, and partner with Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics at the Wilmington, DE site. You will develop capability, manage performance metrics, and deliver reliable, cost-effective service.

Located in Wilmington, DE, this role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a proven track record in delivering continuous improvements within a matrix

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial supply chain and manufacturing improvements.
• Demonstrated leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record delivering commitments and continuous improvement.
• Experience in matrix organizations and stakeholder management.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Strong financial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional supply chain strategy aligned to business goals.
• Lead TT E2E Supply Chain improvements and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional supply chain plans and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Business Leadership, Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics.
• Ensure on-time delivery and compliant operations.
• Mentor team development and succession planning.
