Job summary

The Chemours Company in Wilmington is seeking a Change Manager for Transformational Change to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives, shaping strategy and adoption across functions and geographies. You will partner with CET sponsors and senior leaders to drive sustained value realization through effective change leadership.

This role requires strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while guiding complex transformations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading change management for enterprise-level initiatives.
• Proven success partnering with senior leaders on large-scale transformations.
• Strong expertise in change management methodologies and enterprise change practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management strategy and execution for enterprise-wide transformational initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to define the change narrative, leader actions, and adoption strategy from design through sustainment.
• Conduct enterprise change impact, risk, and readiness assessments to inform prioritization and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with communications team on stakeholder communication needs and messaging.
• Develop and deliver interventions for impacted stakeholders to support sustained adoption of desired future state.
• Identify sources of resistance and work with leaders to develop mitigation strategies.
• Coach leaders and project teams on effective change leadership behaviors and decision-making.
• Measure adoption and effectiveness using KPIs and translate insights into action.
• Align change plans to enterprise standards, tools, and governance established by the Change Management CoE.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
