Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Five years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and data/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with internal and external customers and support account needs.
• Track shipments and communicate status, billing, and service details to customers.
• Interface with airlines, carriers, and related parties to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Manage documentation for accuracy and update data in systems.
• Prepare operational reports and assist with quotes as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe work environment.
