CEVA Logistics in Mt. Juliet, TN is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist III to coordinate transportation with carriers, manage documentation, and support customers with complex shipments end-to-end.

You will analyze operational data, run reports, ensure accuracy, and help maintain processes that meet company policies. A high school diploma and 2 years logistics experience are required; associates degree preferred; proficiency in MS Office recommended.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Two years of specialized logistics or related operations support experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop critical relationships with internal and external customers; maintain customer profiles and service needs.
• Manage document accuracy; monitor complex shipments domestically and internationally.
• Process operational data in software systems; identify and resolve service concerns.
• Run, analyze and summarize operational reports; present to team or supervisors.
• Interface with carriers to track shipments and understand requirements; ensure compliance with policies.
