Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers and manage profiles and service needs; address questions and concerns.
• Interface with airlines, shipping and trucking carriers to track shipments and understand requirements.
• Manage documents and update data in systems; resolve operational or service concerns.
• Track orders, assist with tracing, and prepare invoices with accuracy.
• Prepare information for quotes and assist with standard to complex quotes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe work environment.
