Job summary

CEVA Logistics in East Point, GA is hiring a Supply Chain Operations Specialist II to provide exceptional operational support in the supply chain environment. You will focus on data reporting, tracking shipments, and coordinating with customers and carriers to ensure timely and accurate service.

The role requires five years of logistics/transportation office experience and strong Microsoft Office skills; you will manage documentation, update systems, and contribute to quotes and service

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Five years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based software.
• Ability to prepare basic reports and track shipments.

Responsibilities

• Develop working relationships with internal and external customers, maintain customer profiles, and address questions regarding shipments, billing, status, services, carriers, and other needs; escalate as appropriate.
• Interface with airlines, shipping, truck carriers to understand requirements and track shipments; operations are standard to complex.
• Manage documents for accuracy; update operational data in software systems and communicate to resolve issues.
• Utilize databases and logs to locate information; verify operational data and communicate findings.
• Track orders and shipments; assist with tracing; create and process invoices and review for accuracy.
