Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in the United States to oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring timely delivery of finished goods and raw materials. You will analyze inventory, forecast needs, manage levels, and collaborate with departments to optimize processes.

This role leads Purchasing Agents and a Buyer, reporting to the Director of Operations. You will drive cost reductions, enhance supplier relationships, and champion continuous improvement while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high paced Manufacturing, Fulfillment or Distribution environment.
• Direct experience supervising and coaching a team including goal setting and performance feedback and review.

Responsibilities

• Manages supply chain vendor selection and relationships for all materials used in the facility; negotiates prices, delivery times and terms to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Develops and reviews inventory management strategies; owns accurate reporting of targets and levels; manages MRP within ERP for forecasting.
• Develops independent demand forecast models; participates in budgeting and strategic planning; provides reports and analytics to leadership.
• Leads and coaches subordinate staff on purchasing, planning and scheduling production and inventory control; drives demand planning and forecasting across products.
• Collaborates with sales and operations teams to support current and future demand and growth.
