Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high-paced Manufacturing, Fulfillment or Distribution environment.
• Direct experience supervising and coaching a team, including goal setting and performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain vendor selection and relationships, negotiating prices and terms.
• Utilize strategic sourcing opportunities for cost containment and improved delivery.
• Develop and maintain independent demand forecast models for supply chain planning.
• Produce inventory reports and vendor performance metrics for executive review.
• Lead and coach a team on purchasing, planning, and inventory control.
