Justrite Safety Group in Illinois seeks a Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end materials flow, forecast needs, and maintain inventory targets. You’ll lead a team of Purchasing Agents and a Buyer, coordinating with production planning to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role focuses on cost reduction, process improvement, and robust supplier relationships, with clear opportunities for advancement over 3–5 years as you drive Justrite’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced Manufacturing, Fulfillment or Distribution environment.
• Experience supervising and coaching a team with goal setting and performance feedback.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Solid understanding of Power BI or other Data Warehouse technology.
• Ability to prioritize and organize a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversees supply chain vendor selection and relationships, including pricing, delivery times, and billing terms to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Develops and reviews inventory management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Leads forecasting, demand planning, and MRP within the ERP system to ensure material availability.
• Monitors movement of raw materials and finished goods to meet production and customer needs.
• Manages reporting of inventory targets, levels, and vendor performance metrics.
• Coaches and directs Purchasing Agents and a Buyer; leads year-end inventory count.
