Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to oversee end‑to‑end supply chain activities, ensuring on‑time delivery of goods and optimal inventory levels. The role includes forecasting, planning, and leading a team of purchasing professionals to meet production goals.

You will partner with multiple departments to minimize costs, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement across supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high paced Manufacturing, Fulfillment or Distribution environment.
• Direct experience supervising and coaching a team including goal setting and performance feedback and review.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain vendor selection and relationships for all materials used in the facility, negotiating prices, delivery times and terms with focus on total cost of ownership.
• Monitor ERP/MRP, forecast accuracy and inventory levels; ensure timely production and customer fulfillment.
• Develop and maintain demand forecast models; participate in budgeting and strategic planning.
• Produce inventory and vendor performance reports; support data analytics for leadership review.
• Lead and coach purchasing staff and scheduling to support production and inventory control.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to drive demand and growth.
