Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement and planning, optimizing supplier relationships, reducing costs, and improving customer service. The role demands strong leadership, negotiation, and a track record of implementing strategic supply chain initiatives.

You will work with internal stakeholders to ensure sourcing strategies align with company objectives and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in supply chain management, leading end-to-end operations.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in contracts.
• Experience in material planning and stocking profiles.
• Demonstrated leadership with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical skills to assess data and drive decisions.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends.
• Experience with digital procurement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OTD and service levels to ensure world-class customer service.
• Manage planning for the business unit, ensuring accurate stock positions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with goals and market trends.
• Lead cross-functional teams to select strategic suppliers and ensure quality and delivery.
• Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to drive cost savings and risk reduction.
• Mentor procurement professionals and collaborate with operations, finance, and QA.
• Drive sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives within procurement.
