Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring timely delivery of quality finished goods and raw materials from external vendors in support of the production plan. You will analyze inventory data, forecast needs, manage inventory levels, and collaborate across departments to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Direct experience supervising a team with goals and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain vendor selection and relationships, including negotiating prices, delivery times and billing terms.
• Develop and review inventory management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Produce weekly and monthly inventory reports and vendor performance metrics.
• Lead demand planning, forecasting, and statistical forecast models for all products.
• Coach and direct a team of purchasing agents and buyers.
